Support champions are meant to ‘support’ other reliable champions to take kills, but it seems that this isn’t the case for Yuumi
Yuumi, The Magical Cat’s kit revolves around attaching yourself with an ally and boosting them, which basically turns the attached ally into a better version with you assisting. However, one player known as WetPasta5 on League’s subreddit demonstrated the impossible by getting a Pentakill with the cat.
Yuumi was bonded to K’Sante in the video and briefly disengaged herself. In that little moment, she dispatched Varus with a basic attack and Lux with a Prowling Projectile (Q) before reuniting with the ally Mordekaiser.
Yuumi separated again again and terminated the enemy Sett with a basic attack when he was on the verge of death. Soon after, the enemy Maokai met the same situation. After four opponents were eliminated, the opponent Graves acted honorably and offered himself to the Magical Cat, allowing the player to accomplish the incredible accomplishment.
The Magical Cat is about to undergo some substantial changes. Riot Games teased a champion rework on December 16, which is expected to go live in 2023. Despite being reworked, Yuumi’s primary mechanics of untargetability will remain in her kit since the developers want her to be simple to learn and easy to understand.
Surprisingly, Yuumi is currently not a very strong pick at all. According to League statistics op.gg, her win rate at the support role is only 46.76%. However, when in the hands of the right pro player, she’s an enormously strong champion and a pain to play against.
