Riot has worked hard to provide fresh cosmetic concepts to League of Legends. In terms of skins and cosmetics, this has kept the gamers pleased, despite the shortage of skins for some champions.
This year has seen the introduction of several new skin lines, such as the Faerie Court and the impending MSI skin line (Inkshadow).
In addition, there have been various leaks in terms of skin lines. BigBadBear just posted additional leaks of the upcoming League of Legends 2023 skinlines on his YouTube channel.
It should be noted that they may not develop into skins. Riot revealing is fairly common, so take this with a grain of salt. The names of the skin lines are likewise subject to change.

Mini Micro Medics
This is another variation of the medical skins in Riot, dubbed Mini Micro Medics, as they have a distinct premise. It still appears to be identical to previous skins like as Nurse Akali and Surgeon Shen. Hopefully, we will learn more about it and how it differs from other skin lines.
Eternal Tapestry
This skin line appears to be based on an Imperial theme, since the sample skins include knights and princesses. Riot should surely look into it, and Demacian champions and Azir should definitely be included if the skinline comes to reality.
Elfwood Valley
Following the establishment of Faerie Court, Elfwood Valley appears to be a viable option. However, the name is inappropriate and may be altered in the future. The skin line is a fantastic idea, and we hope to see it in League of Legends.
Spinning Out
This name is not set in stone, but it is an excellent notion. Making skins based on ice skating is a fantastic winter skin concept.
Spy Family
This is clearly influenced by the popular anime Spy X Family. The name also indicates that, and it will undoubtedly be popular among the fanbase. It should be a good one if they can get the appropriate champions and a good skinline together.
More information regarding new skins should be available in the near future.
