League of Legends Patch 14.21 is shaping up to bring more significant updates to the game, continuing the momentum from recent patches.
Despite several major changes over the past few months, Riot is showing no signs of slowing down. This upcoming patch includes a rework for Swain and adjustments to powerful champions, who are receiving some nerfs.

Bounty Changes
Champion bounties have also undergone a complete overhaul, with changes to how they are calculated and how gold bounties accumulate. Previously tied to kill/death streaks, the system now functions differently. Check out for the full Bounty changes here.
