Be ready for the newest MMO game from Riot Games.
2020 was a big year for Riot Games. First, it was the official launch of VALORANT, Legend of Runeterra then it was TFT Mobile and League of Legends: Wild Rift. Most recently, they have announced their newest game Ruined King: A League of Legends Story which is expected to be released next year.
Recently, the company shared that they even have bigger plans for the future.
Greg Street, the VP, and IP of entertainment of Riot Games, recently shared on his tweet that he is currently working on a new massive project of Riot Games. This project mainly focusing on developing the universe of League of Legends and is hiring new employees to help with the creation of this project. The mentioned project was then confirmed as an MMO game.
Since the start of 2020, Riot Games has proven that they are trying to create games in various categories that use the materials from their original League of Legends Universe. Besides this newly announced project, Fans can also wait for a Fighting game as shown in the Riot Pls video from last year.
Besides Greg’s tweet, currently, we still haven’t got any more details on the project. As Riot Games is currently hiring, it can be supposed that the MMO game is taking its very first step before we can run across the world of Runeterra.
