Arcane is coming to Netflix later this year.
We know from earlier announcements that Arcane is an animated series containing content based on the storylines of the League of Legends realm. This animated show will be available on Netflix.
According to the trailers, the first part of Arcane will center on the two major protagonists, Jinx and Vi. The film will be set in the cities of Zaun and Piltover. The visuals in the trailers clearly indicate that the film’s substance will examine the past and the journey of these two characters’ development.
And yesterday – August 8 – the League of Legends official Weibo page unexpectedly uploaded a brand new video with a duration of more than 2 minutes regarding the movie Arcane. Jinx and Vi may be seen chatting to one other in Zaun City in this video. Vi told Jinx about the vandalism and conflicts she’d seen in the past.
Vi even showed Jinx how her favorite toy had been tossed up a very high position, and all she could do was wait and pray that a gust of wind or a bird would bring it down. In this section, Vi’s most remarkable line in this passage was: “We all have bad days. But the important thing is that we learn from each other and stick together.”
Jinx then pulled out several Hextech stones and showed them to Vi. Chances are, when Jinx managed to get the Hextech stones and got chased, the two sisters had a rough day. Most likely, this will be a pivotal event in the film, as well as a significant effect on the maturation process that Jinx and Vi will have to go through.
Many LoL fans are thrilled after seeing the above trailer, and many can’t wait for the film’s release date. However, the official release date of the film has not been disclosed, and the fans will have to wait a long time to watch this fantastic product from Riot for the first time.
