The 12.14 patch notes for League Of Legends have been shared online and it looks like Riot Games is buffing the devil – Teemo.
On July 27, patch 12.14 is scheduled to go live, and we already know that it will prioritize stability while also providing a fresh set of Star Guardian skins for a number of characters, including Taliyah, Akali, Morgana, Quinn, Rell, and Syndra.
In keeping with the concept of the update, new Chromas and Summoner Icons will also be available, while Akali’s base voiceover update, which included a new actor, has been rolled back. A fresh VO will still be used for her Star Guardian voice lines, though.
It appears that many Champions are getting buffed in terms of balancing tweaks. Champions like Aatrox, Kayn, and Janna have received health and shield boosts, according to the PBE patch notes, while all Champions are receiving significant adjustments to their base abilities.
The charming demon Teemo received a significant improvement, among other noteworthy adjustments. The Champion will have a mana growth increase of 20 to 25, and the AP for his Noxious Trap ability will increase from 50% to 55%. His cast range has also been raised from 400 to 600 while his mana cost has been reduced from 75 to 75-35.
Though not all of it is buffs. Seraphine’s Surround Sound ability will have its shield AP ratio reduced from 35 to 25 percent as a result of the small nerf, and her heal AP will be decreased from 6 to 4 percent. In addition, Gangplank will have considerable alterations to his health, which will decrease from 640 to 600 yet somewhat increase from 104 to 114. Additionally, the Powder Keg’s base damage is changing from 80 to 195 to 75 to 195.
Lead designer Matt Leung-Harrison stated lately (July 20) that patch 12.14 would “concentrate on stability for the rest of the season (barring some crisis) to allow for players to focus on their ranking climbs and heading into Playoffs”
