These champions are dominating LoL’s bot lane meta with insane win rates and here’s why

3 Strongest bot lane meta champion pick

Although the majority of League of Legends players are accustomed to seeing Summoner’s Rift preferred marksmen champion in the bot lane, recent patches have seen some surprising selections take over the carry position.

According to the League statistics site U.GG, Karthus, Seraphine, and Ziggs now have the highest win rate of all bottom lane carry picks in Patch 13.13. Normally used as mid lane or support mages, these three AP mages have recently discovered a new position as specialty selections for their dynamic combination.

Karthus

Since maintaining the highest win rate rank for all bot lane carry champions across 3 of the previous five patches, Karthus has truly occupied a place in the bot lane for some time. His ultimate ability, Requiem, makes him a danger from wherever on the map and allows him to scale into the later phases of the game by simply farming through the early- and mid-game.

Moreover, because to his passive, Karthus can continue to deal damage and farm even after death, which means that even if he loses a fight in the bot lane, he won’t lose much in the early game because he can still farm and spam Q after death.

Seraphine

Due to her unmatched range and crowd control, which keep her safe while allowing her to farm and harm her enemy, Seraphine is also a threat to be dealt with in the bottom lane. She may win a teamfight right away with a well-placed Encore on multiple opponents in the later phases of a game by keeping her allies healthy with powerful healing and shielding abilities.

Ziggs

Ziggs, meanwhile, has emerged as a top choice for a variety of positions, including the bot lane. Although his early-game potential isn’t the greatest, his ability to zone out opponents from lanes and from objectives makes him an excellent champion to assist limit the movement of an opposing team.

Although all three champions have excellent power spikes that enable them to do well, they do, regrettably, need more thought when it comes to team composition.

An AP carry may be incredibly potent under the proper conditions, but in the wrong kind of composition, these mages won’t have nearly as big of an effect as they would.
