The match between G2 Esports and Fnatic had so many exciting situations that the commentators could really not keep their cool…
Last night, the final match of the winners’ bracket between G2 Esports and Fnatic was finally played with a lot of excitement. Not only was the Bo5 match fully played, but what happened during it also contributed to its attraction. All the ups and downs of the match literally blew its spectators’ minds!!!
For instance, in the 42nd minute of Game 5, G2 had an extremely profitable trade when Jankos sacrificed himself in order to slay three members of Fnatic. After that, G2 decided to end the game when their opponent only had Senna and Lucian alive. However, this partner dealt loads of damage and they even killed Ornn of Wunder as well as prevented G2 from finishing the game.
Besides, when Fnatic got into G2’s base so as to finish the game off, Perkz decided to “backdoor” to find the last chance to win the game. The match suddenly became the speedrun between Perkz and Fnatic as Ashe had an enormous amount at late game and he just needed to destroy the Nexus while his opponents still had to deal with 2 turrets.
To solve that problem, Fnatic left Nemesis behind to defend their base and he made it too well when he killed Perkz as well as demolished the last chance to win the game of G2.
Hilariously, as the tension of the match was too huge and his excitement was such that he actually broke his table while his casting. Even on the live broadcast, he showed the two wood sticks taken from his broken table to the spectators.
There’s no doubt that the match between G2 and Fnatic last night had so many ups and downs that made all the spectators feel like they were surfing the waves. This came from excellent movings, team fights and also funny moments and Ender’s table was probably broken by a large number of those.
Remember that the last match was only the final match of the winners’ bracket of the 2020 LEC Summer Split. This means G2 will probably meet Fnatic one more time in the final match of this tournament and we completely have no idea whether or not Ender will break another table.
