Ezreal Jungle is familiar with players in each season of League of Legend.
Ezreal as a Jungler was an OP position in years ago withability to deal high single target damage. With Runic Echoes or Phase Rush, Ezreal Jungle was a great threat to TOP and MID Lane because he can clear Jungle very soon then start ganks from early game.

Moreover, most of Jungle Champions are melee champions, they can easily be kited by Ezreal. Nowadays, half tank champions like Maokai is coming back and they are afraid of being snow-balled because of this, Ezrael and Kindred or Graves are also becoming familiar in order to counter them.
Runes
About Runes Reforged for Ezreal Jungle, there is nothing different from ADC position, Conqueror is the best option now. Other lesser runes of Precision Path will be Presence of Mind, Alacrity and Coup de Grace. For secondary path, Magical Footwear and Cosmic Insight is the best for Ezreal.
Build and Skills
About build, Warrior, Iceborn Gauntlet and Death’s Dance are important items for Ezreal Jungle. About skill upgrading, you should not upgrade any of W before Q is fully upgraded, because his W does not affect Neutral Creeps. Even you want an early gank, 2 or 3 points in Q is stronger than 1 hit of W. The earliest time for Ezrael to upgrade his W is level 4.
Positioning
Like Graves or Kindred, Ezreal will be the Carry in mid-game, when ADC is still weak due to lack of items. In late game, power of Ezreal will decrease because this Champion is not able to control combats and you can only have not really high Attack Damage. So that, try to call team and make some single kills instead of initiating combat.
