Or just curious about the play style of the champion with the highest ban rate? There is a solution for you. It is nothing else but Yasuo – The Unforgiven. So, here are some tips and tricks to be better at Yasuo. It’s not too hard, but not that easy. All you need to do is practice these tricks harder and harder.

Combos.

Beyblade: E + 3rdQ + Flash. Uses Flash to move your circular 3rd Q from your dash to another location.

Airblade: E + Q + R. Uses R to move your circular Q from your dash to your R location. Grants an additional Q stack after your R.

Q + Flash or 3rdQ + Flash: Fires Q off at the location of your Flash.

W + Q or W + 3rdQ: Hides the animation of your Q behind the animation of the windwall. More noticeable on your 3rd Q cast.

E + Q or 3rdQ + W: Similar to W + Q, but you can knock your enemy up in circular shape instead of straight line.

Tips & Tricks:

When Q has 0,5s cooldown left, Yasuo can E to reset Q.

E + AA + Q is faster than E + Q + AA. You can use it to to maximize damages when harassing/poking your opponent.

If your Q hits champion first, you will take the minions aggro. If your Q hits minion(s) first then champion, the minions will not attack you. So, try to hit minions first and win trades.
Yasuo’s W gives you vision, so you can use it to dash through walls. To be success at wall dashes, you need to get really close to the monsters as closest as you can. (You can use “Target champions only” key to make it much easier.) Also, Yasuo can double wall dash at most of jungle camps. (Raptors, Murk Wolves an Krugs.)

Right after casting R, you can cancel the animation by pressing Ctrl+3 (Dance), but you can’t do anything, including moves or AA.

To maximize the number of enemy being knocked up when you use R, make sure that your cursor is placed in the middle of the enemies, because Yasuo’s R target on airborne enemies nearest the cursor. The more enemies you knocked up, the more differences and advantages your team gets in teamfights.

Yasuo moves to the opposite side of where you use R. Hence, you can use that to dodge enemies’s skill shots. But there is an exception : If you use R on enemy(s) right in front of the turret’s range, Yasuo will end up away from the turret. So, don’t hesitate to use R on enemy(s) in front of a turret.

While trading, whenever you use E to dodge skills, you can add AA or AA+Q in between.

If you play against heavy AP or long-armed Champ, try to freeze lane in front of your tower to use E easily.

Don’t forget that you should use E on minions first, enemy’s midlaner should be the last target to use E.
When Yasuo get 2 whirlwind stacks, the E + Q combo will be too easy for enemy to predict. So, you can use the Beyblade combo to surprise your enemy and make it more impossible to dodge even they have flash or any dashing skills.

Whenever you knocked up an enemy, you can deal more damage by using AA before R. Howerver, when you have enough AS ( Berserker’s Greaves and Phantom Dancer/Statikk Shiv), E+Q+Flash+AA+E+Q+R is possible (Grants an Q stack after your R).

Whenever you want or need your enemy get into your side to help your Jungler’s ganking, you can use Ctrl 6/Mastery emote or “Come at me!” emote to taunt them. (J4F!)

These are just a few tips and tricks can help you to be better at Yasuo. Everythings else is depend on you and your hard works.

Good luck in The Field of Justice. See ya !
