July 14 Hotfix: Riot determines Nilah was having too much fun

Patch 12.13 receives yet another hotfix. Today it’s Nilah who’s getting whipped.

E Recharge Rate 24/21/18/15/12 ⇒ 26/22.5/19/15.5/12

Nilah joins Gwen, Master Yi and Sivir among the first to get adjusted in Patch 12.13, July 14

The Joy Unbound was at 52.21% winrate out of 170.000 matches as Bot Lane ADC before the nerf according to u.gg. That’s quite concerning for a new champion.

The xp and heal shares made the champion broken on release. And it seems Riot wants her to retain that identity.

Today’s nerfs target Nilah’s stats with minor ones aimed towards her Q and E. These changes should make Nilah scale a bit worse into mid and late game.
