Now, players have a lot to anticipate over the coming year as Skarner undergoes a comprehensive transformation, encompassing not only a complete overhaul of his abilities but also a visual upgrade and a fresh dose of lore.

Abilities
Passive – Quaking
Skarner’s Attacks, Shattered Earth, Upheaval, and Impale, apply Quaking for a period of time. At max Quaking stacks, enemies take percent health magic damage over the duration.

Rip a boulder from the earth that empowers Attacks and can be thrown as a powerful projectile.

Skarner gains a shield and sends out a shockwave that damages, increasing his shield on Champion hits.
E – Ixtal’s Impact

R – Impale
Skarner lashes his tails out to suppress enemy champions. During this time, Skarner can move freely and will drag his helpless victims around with him.
Overview
At first glance, Riot has bolstered his capabilities, enhancing his damage output and imbuing him with a plethora of utility options. Notably, he now possesses the ability to CC multiple enemies simultaneously, alongside the capacity to single out targets without relying solely on his ultimate.
