Sharing on Reddit by SeoulTony, Yasuo can use Q skills twice in a row without waiting for a cooldown – this helps the Yasuo get the ability to Q fast. However, the way to implement this Bug is not easy at all, you will have to practice your hands quickly.
After the watch video, you also understand how it works? To be able to use Bug with Yasuo, you first need to use the E – Sweeping Blade skill on any target in front of you (possibly a soldier, enemy champion, …).
Then, quickly press the F2, F3, F4 keys to switch to your own screen then use Q – these operations must be fast. Simply put, you use Yasuo’s normal Combo as E on the enemy and use Q immediately, but now it overrides it by moving the screen to another place. (You can also use the left mouse button to move the map quickly while using the EQ Combo).
When you do this, E> F2 / F3 / F4 / F5> Q (repeating once again talk that this Combo string must be very fast), your Q skill will immediately be used 1 more time instead of wait for it Cooldown as before.
