While many champions pick up stunning skins, some have yet to obtain those in the game
Skins are in-game cosmetics that players may use to customize their favorite champions. Model swap, alternative VFX, SFX, animations, and even voiceovers might be included in these skins.
Nowadays in League of Legends, the most prominent tiers are epic, legendary, mythic, and ultimate.
When Riot introduces a new champion, they also introduce a launch skin for that champion. That skin is typically start at Epic tier. On the other hand, there are some exception, like Seraphine, who obtained an ultimate skin, and K’Sante, who received a prestige/mythic skin.
While most champions start with epic skins, depending on their popularity or base design fantasy, they may also start with high-end skins. However, several well-known ones have yet to receive a single high-end skin.

The epic tier skins in League of Legends contain new recall animations, VFX, and SFX. Then there are Mythic skins, which are similar to Epic rarity skins but have superior VFX and SFX and are typically more restricted.
There are also legendary skins. These are skins with fresh voiceovers, animations, VFX, and so on. When comparing the legendary skins of some champions, they appear to be an entirely different character from an entirely different universe.
Finally, ultimate skins, which are the most high-end skins in League of Legends, are identical to legendary skins but contain additional features and unique functionalities that vary from skin to skin.
Many champions have yet to acquire legendary, mythic, or ultimate skins. Some skins, including Zilean, Ryze, and Taric, have been available from the game’s debut. Furthermore, prominent champions such as Rengar, Kha’Zix, Xin Zhao, and others do not have any high-end skins. However, given their high pick rate in the game, we may anticipate them receiving a sought-after skin pretty soon.
