If you are reported for bad behavior, your progress is slowed. And a chat restriction will reduce your level to 1, then to 0 if you are chat restricted again.

If you are banned for 14 days, your honor level will be 0. In addition, your honor advancement will be halted, and you will get no key or mastery boxes. These limitations will be lifted if you regularly demonstrate an improved attitude and excellent sportsmanship in every each of your games.
