Jhin – The Virtuoso, is one of the best champions ever made by Riot Games. He is perfect from a gameplay standpoint, a design standpoint, and even from a lore standpoint.
Jhin’s Bio
Jhin is a meticulous criminal psychopath who believes murder is art. Once an Ionian prisoner, but freed by shadowy elements within Ionia’s ruling council, the serial killer now works as their cabal’s assassin.
Using his gun as his paintbrush, Jhin creates works of artistic brutality, horrifying victims and onlookers.
He gains a cruel pleasure from putting on his gruesome theater, making him the ideal choice to send the most powerful of messages: terror.
Jhin’s Gameplay
Jhin is fun for both the player and his opponent. He is not another crazy champion like Yasuo, Zoe, and Akali. It is easy to understand how to play him so he is not oppressive (look at Aphelios), and very clear weaknesses.
Even though Jhin is easy to play but it is still relatively hard to master the champion. One cool thing about Jhin is that he doesn’t even have a single dash, go invisible, and become immortal while shielding everyone globally ability, but he is still a strong pick in current meta.
Players said that watching a Jhin dodge skill shots without a single dash, dancing around in big fights and putting out the damage is a thing of beauty.

“I’ve been looking for a way to buff Jhin and that last thing you mentioned seems promising :3″
So we’re expecting a Jhin buff in the future based on his comment.
Jhin’s Character Design

Jhin’s character design is very unique with all the texture on his cloak, his mask, and his suit. We could see that the concept artists really paid attention to exploring Jihn as a LoL champion.
Since his lore is related to Shen and Zed, the artists had created different mask designs that look similar to Shen and Zed’s.
