League of Legends: Mobile version of LOL has been developed jointly by Riot and Tencent ???

Riot Games, developer of League of Legends and the largest shareholder Tencent Holdings has started developing mobile versions of the famous global MOBA game – according to latest information from Reuters.

According to one of three sources close of Reuters, the mobile version of the League may have been put into production more than a year ago. But this person also added that the game will not be released this year.

Previously, Tencent had added many things related to League of Legends to a famous mobile game and the Arena of Valor was the name being mentioned. Although it has long been a blockbuster in China, the AoV has never impressed the Western gaming community.

According to Reuters, the move is part of a plan to expand players in Asia – the market especially prefers mobile games.

LOL on mobile devices will probably be a formidable competitor in the mobile game industry that is competitive at the moment – where Clash Royale, PUBG Mobile, and Vainglory are dominating.

Although the above mobile games are attracting a lot of attention, but none of them have 10 years of “life” as strong as League of Legends.

At the present time it is not clear whether the mobile version of League of Legends will bring all content on the PC to mobile devices.

Besides, Riot has not yet confirmed plans for mobile gamers and PC players to play together. Players on PC already have a big advantage over mobile, so no except the possibility that the two versions will not be related to each other.
