An attack formation used by iG with Ryze Top Lane, Syndra in the Middle, and a strong couple in the opening of the combat is Kai’sa and Alistar. Ning uses Lee Sin in this game. On the TL side, they used a good defensive squad, with Neeko Top Lane and Sylas in the middle. The pair of the lower line with relatively strong control is Sivir and Braum belong to Doublelift and CoreJJ. The Xmithie jungler uses Jarvan in the first game.
In Match
As always, iG has very active moves and handling phases. That leads to the defeat kill points for iG. Making to eat Baron early on helped iG quickly dominate the game. They have turred and the second Baron’s, thus gaining a lot of chances to win the first game.
However, the situation of tying up the 3 members of Impact with Neeko in the upper defense phase helped TL to have a successful Combat. TL has the 3rd Baron of the game and comes back strong making it impossible for iG to fight against their opponents and accept bitter defeat in game 1.

Game 2
Ban/Pick
In the second game, iG continued to choose to use a powerful lineup, with Neeko Top, Ryze in the middle, and the Kai’sa and Braum Bot Lane. Lee Sin was second used by Ning. The TL continues with a lineup that has a strong ability to fight in the long run. It was Sylas Top and Orianna the middle road. The Vayne and Alistar are enough to make TL’s lower road more comfortable in Farm ability. Rek’sai is Xmithie’s choice this time.
In Match
Very similar to the first game, iG gave lot of advantages and successfully completed the first Baron very early on, at the time Vayne of Doublelift didn’t have enough items. Even so CoreJJ played very well to help TL have not too many losses. Later, Vayne and Orianna’s ability to deal damage was stronger, and that was when the TL officially returned to the game.
In the fighting phase of the 2nd Baron after being defeated Baron, IG overflowed with the advantage of better equipment. However, Ryze’s bad last move in the Rookie hand causes the three iG members stick right R of Oriana . TL has big advantage and ended the second game right after that just a few minutes. 2-0 for TL.

Game 3
Ban/Pick
Game 3, iG decided to have a change. They use a more defensive lineup with Gnar and Sejuani respectively for TheShy and Ning. Besides, there is Leblanc for Rookie, and Rakan – Xayah on the Bot Lane. On the TL side, they use Kai’sa and Galio Bot, next to Syndra for the Jensen. Continuing to be Rek’sai for Xmithie, and this time, Impact pick up Kennen’s.
In Match
With continuous support from Sejuani of Ning, Rookie has given him consecutive points kill defeat. It was also the time when iG’s lower road couple accepted the loss, whereby Baolan’s Rakan was forced to move continuously to the middle. This tactic was relatively successful, because Jackeylove did not lose too much to the opponent. The IG took the lead in the amount of money.
The Baron of the game for iG has one more tool to find a way to push the road ahead of TL’s defensive effort. They had a good time to beat Doublelift very well in the 31st minute and ended the game right after that. iG temporarily shortens the score to 1-2 before the opponent.

Game 4
Ban/Pick
Lux appeared very surprised for Jensen. Besides, it is also possible to catch a very good target from Xmith’s Skarner. The TL’s Bot Lane pair in this game is Kai summersa and Braum, the champions can intervene in remote combat. And Kennen is still the choice of Impact. On the iG side, TheShy used Viktor for Bot Lane, next to Rek Hayai in the jungle position. The pair of Varus and Tahm Kench appear in Bot Lane to make them uncomfortable when they want to defeat someone. Zoe is Rookie’s choice.
In Match
CoreJJ has had a processing good phases with Galio. Combined with the exact Q coming from Jensen’s Lux, it continuously helps the TL to take down points kill . The difference in money from the beginning is very large. Jackeylove’s Varus almost evaporates after just one of Lux’s basic combos with Skarner. Meanwhile, on Top, Impact constantly made TheShy difficult to find ways to defeat him and wait for the total fighting phases.
The strong and strong fighting team of TL makes iG only try to defend. They took the first Baron of the game when Ning and Rek’sai proved too weak to lose to Xmithie to 2 levels. Every position of iG has a shortage of items compared to its rivals, and it is no surprise, iG helplessly watching each member be defeated. Winning after 4 games with a score of 3-1 for TL. For the first time in history, this team went so far in an international tournament.
