League of Legends Patch 13.24 Notes: 14 Champion Changes, New Champion Hwei, and More

As we approach the end of the year, League of Legends players eagerly anticipate the final patch of the season, signifying the advent of the preseason. Riot Games is planning adjustments in preparation for the upcoming preseason, which are currently undergoing testing on the PBE. While the preseason holds a plethora of changes, the focus for now turns to Patch 13.24, where the highly anticipated addition of Hwei takes center stage.

In a Patch 13.24 preview shared by Riot Games’ lead gameplay designer, Matt “Riot Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison, on Twitter, the community is teased with insights into the impending adjustments.

This forthcoming update promises many modifications, with 11 champions slated to receive buffs, 2 champions bracing for nerfs, 1 champion undergoing adjustments, and the debut of Hwei. Notably, this patch will omit item changes, given the concurrent introduction of new item adjustments.
