In the upcoming League of Legends patch 14.10, significant adjustments are being made to items and runes, which will have a profound impact on the game’s meta during the midpoint of the season.
As we approach the middle of the season with MSI 2024 underway, Riot Games is preparing to release its most substantial update since Patch 14.1. This update, coinciding with the beginning of Split 2, promises to be one of the most significant of the season.
With a plethora of items receiving reworks, new additions to the item pool, and adjustments to existing runes alongside the introduction of new ones, Patch 14.10 is poised to revolutionize the game.

- Killing a target heals you.
