“Starting with the 2019 Summer Split, Pro View will give fans greater control of their viewing experience and the ability to follow individual players through a suite of long-requested features. Pro View, League’s newest esports streaming product, will be available for purchase through watch.lolesports.com and proceeds will directly support teams in the LEC & LCS. In addition to Point of View streams for every player in every game, Pro View will include:
- Multiview: Watch up to four synchronized streams (POV or main event) at once during live games and VODs
- Advanced Timeline: Kills, tower takedowns and other big plays are marked right on the timeline, and clicking a marker jumps to that moment in the game
- Watch With Friends: Share a personalized Pro View URL to synchronize your timeline with friends.
- All Pro View features will available on VODs as well as during live games
At launch Pro View will be available for two leagues, the LCS & the LEC, and will come in two different levels, Regional Access & All Access. We will be adding additional leagues and content over time.
- Regional Access will allow you to use Pro View for a single League of your choice
- All Access will allow you to use Pro View for both Leagues (LCS & LEC)

If I buy Pro View, where does the money go?
Revenue from Pro View will be split between regional leagues and teams to continue growing LoL Esports.
How much will Pro View cost?
The Summer Split will cost $14.99 (LCS) & €14.99 (LEC) and grant access until worlds. Future events will grant access to more content and, as a result, may carry a different price.
Does this mean free features are going away?
No. We want to keep the free experiences free and will continue to invest in building out free features. You’ll still continue to be able to watch League of Legends competitions on your favorite platforms.
When will my League get Pro View?
We’re actively working to get Pro View up and running for more leagues, and while we can’t share any definitive dates right now, we’re extremely excited by the potential. We’re also exploring adding support for additional languages.
