When the League of Legends Neeko mid-scope updates will launch has been given new information
In 2023, Neeko will receive a Mid-Scope Update. Fans have been eagerly awaiting news of Riot’s plans to update her gear ever since that information was first made public in the summer of 2022.
One of the League of Legends season 2023 dev videos that Riot Games published at the beginning of January concentrates on mid-scope changes.
In the mid-scope vid, Riot outlined why and how they carry out the updates. Additionally, they disclosed the time it takes to send a champion’s update. Finally, they made a lot of teases about Neeko’s upcoming changes. She will now transform into anything and everything on the rift, which thrilled players because it would allow them to play bespoke games like prop hunt or a similar game.
The devs have been relatively silent since then, though no new information has been made public regarding Neeko and her impending update. However, as Patch 13.5 is set to come out soon with many changes, Riot Reav3 has mentioned the mini-rework potential release date.
The Neeko Rework will be revealed sometime in the spring, according to Riot Reav3 on Reddit. Spideraxe also shared the post of Reav3 comments on Reddit.
Although the mini-rework is still being developed, it is requiring some time to perfect. The new one is more complicated than the other midscopes created so far, so there are many issues to work out. Riot is delaying the release of a full Neeko update as a result. She should be released soon with a fun set of powers and hopefully no problems.
We anticipate the introduction of Neeko sometime between Milio, the new support, and Naafiri, the Darkin assassin, as we are aware that a new League of Legends champion will be introduced shortly, most likely around LoL Patch 13.6 or 13.7.
