Most of the changes this time are a balanced of power, but they still affect a few certain generals. The only major change in this version is that Zac
Champions Hot Pick at MSI like Akali vs Jayce continue nerf.
- The good news is that apart from reverting Zac there are still a few buffed champions
- And the bad news is that one of those generals is Janna. Hopefully she won’t make Meta underneath lacking salt.
1. Zac Comeback
The Zac remake in the middle of the 2017 season is considered a failure of Riot. The Riot’s goal then was to turn Zac into a CC tanker champion, in theory that goal was fulfilled, however his new set of moves lost its inherent fun compared to the old version.
Therefore, Riot Games decides to return W attack, causing it to deal damage according to the target’s maximum health, and his final attack. Zac’s R returns to the original, and once again Zac can launch himself into the backline of the enemy and destroy.
2. Many hot champions have reduced power
Like other versions, Riot focuses its attention on some of the most prominent hot picks in the past. That means the generals like Akali and Jayce are nerf. In addition, Amumu is also reduced in strength with his internal damage when it passive from 13% to 10%.
3. New Champions Yuumi gets smoother fixes and tweaks
The Yuumi has since made a lot of controversy when she is quite different between the level of players, Yuumi can be extremely annoying in the hands of those who have good thinking but completely useless in the hands of Troll Game. Unfortunately, Yuumi did not receive any direct buffs in version 9.11. But at least fix bugs and tweak the skills that make the effect smoother, and this will help both the best and worst Yuumi players use her.
4. Buff Janna * Should be happy or sad *.
Riot decides to increase Janna’s strength. And that was done in version 9.11. This time, Janna is given the power to create shields for her allies. In addition to the increase in the shield’s value and the cooldown of the cooldown, a new effect with this move is enough to make Janna much stronger in the cover team
Now, whenever Janna launches a slowing skill or hurls an enemy into the air, it will reduce the cooldown of E – Eye Of The Storm by 20%. This means that Janna can shield her teammates more often, meaning that Janna will appear more in matches. Hopefully this buff will not make Janna completely dominate the meta, making the Bot Lane become boring and very boring.
5. Released Little Demon Tristana
Although not a popular choice in the current meta, Tristana’s fans can absolutely celebrate when in version 9.11, the costume will be officially released. This is the costume chosen through the fan vote, it seems that Riot wants to make sure everyone can find his or her favorite point no matter what your favorite color is, Perhaps there will always be a suitable version of Tristana Little Demon waiting for you.
