In recent years, VCS has performed an impressive face at international tournaments. In 2019, even the VCS tournament is still working hard to be recognized by the international community. In order to promote the playing field for VCS, we decided to combine the two regions VCS and LMS to fight the two big guys, LPL and LCK in this Rift Rivals 2019. It will be an opportunity for both VCS and LMS to show their strength.

Group Stage
• Teams will face other regional teams with similar seed ratings, based on the results of the Spring, and the LMS / VCS teams based on performances their at MSI 2019.
• LMS#1 vs. LPL#1 vs. LCK#1
• VCS#1 vs. LPL#2 vs. LCK#2
• LMS#2 vs. LPL#3 vs. LCK#3
• VCS#2 vs. LPL#4 vs. LCK#4
• The matches are in the BO1
• Semifinal
• The semi finals will be a confrontation between two places ranked 2nd and 3rd in the Group Stage.
• BO5
• In each match, the coaches will choose the team to compete at the same time.
• No team can play twice, unless the match enters game 5.
• Final
• BO5 between first-class Group Stage and team win Semi-Final.
• In each match, the coaches will choose the team to compete at the same time.

The total prize will remain the same as last year of 144,000 USD, of which 20,000 USD will be the reward for each team of the winning region, 10,000 USD for each 2nd tier team, and 6,000 USD for each 3rd place team.
