League of Legends: Wild Rift Closed Beta to be available in more regions

Please keep in mind that you have to pre-registered to obtain an invitation.

League of Legends: Wild Rift Closed Beta is heading to more regions and players, Riot Games confirmed recently.

Wild Rift closed beta is coming to more regions

Currently, the close beta is only available to selected invitees in the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. This closed beta will be halted in early October until “a few days later” when a larger launch takes place. Riot says that this has been achieved to ensure that even those who first join the closed beta will be “equal.”

Don’t worry for players who have made certain spending on the game, as all Wild Cores purchased by players will be returned by Riot with a 20 percent boost. Wild Cores are the premium game currency, just like RPs in League.

Riot has confirmed that when it returns in early October, it plans to add “a lot more players” from various regions to the closed beta. Make sure you pre-registered to get an invitation from the Play Store. For this closed beta, there would be no exact list of supported regions, but players from around the globe can be selected to play the game.

While only Android smartphones are participating in the ongoing closed beta, Riot Games also conducts a “limited test” on iOS, but whether they can join the newest closed beta is uncertain.
