Riot Games announces that they have signed a contract with OPPO. OPPO will accompany the 3 biggest League of Legends tournaments including Worlds, MSI and All-Star starting from Worlds 2019 through the end of 2024 through various activities:
“MVP Presented by Oppo” is the MVP Awards event as a global partner, “OPPO Cam” provides behind-the-scenes footage of the tournament and “Welcome to the Rift” activities to welcome teams at World Championship.
Naz Aletaha, Riot Games’ Head of Global Business Development and Cooperation, talks about this relationship: “We are delighted that Oppo brings its pioneering spirit to the world of global sports. Becoming OPPO’s first esports partner is a strong testament to the spread of the LoL community. We look forward to working together, to develop the love of the fans with this sport. ”
OPPO will be a major phone model that Riot will develop games as well as gameplay based on the specifications of this smartphone series.
Many sources believe that OPPO’s cooperation with Riot will also involve LoL Wild Rift. It is not excluded that OPPO users will be given priority to experience the beta phase of Wild Rift.
