The Elder Dragon is an extremely powerful buff that helps a losing team can easily reverse the combat. However, the Elder Dragon was a bit forceful in the case after it blew away the of a full HP of Braum.
After Teemo was hit by the first shot and Braum erected his shield, he was instantly killed by the buff of Elder. What happened? Let us briefly analyze it!
First, let’s analyze about the Elder Dragon Buff. This type of buff places two special effects whenever the owner inflicts damage to an enemy champion:
- Deals additional burn damage over time.
- Immediately knocks down enemies if they fall below the alert HP threshold – Temporarily called the Death effect (Does not reactivate to the same target for 2 seconds).
And one thing almost few gamers can recognize, is the end effect of this buff designed in the form of Bullet Lines
Returning to Braum’s E – Unbreakable, we also have a few points to note:
- Braum blocks all damage for the first damage.
- The next time you take damage, Braum will reduce the amount of damage received.
Braum blocks the effect that helps allies and takes it to himself. Back to the video above, we have 2 key points to watch closely:
- After Warwick used Q on Braum, he used E and blocked all the damage that was used to stop the first ignite damage.
- Teemo was hit by a bullet from Jhin and took scorching damage.
When the Death effect activates on Teemo, at that time, Braum is setting up his shield and standing in front of this weasel, so he will receive the damage and death effect instead of Teemo. This caused Braum to suddenly die even though there were more than 2000 blood left.
A similar interaction between Braum and Urgot, if an ally was used by Urgot to hit R – Fear Beyond Death and Braum using E – Unbreakable standing in front of the victim, Urgot will pull Braum and execute immediately for some unfortunate person. Although with the
gameplay of sacrificing the body to prevent damage to teammates, but, the Elder
Dragon can blow an entire HP, it is really a bit too much.
