League Patch 10.18 PBE : Nerf Sett , Ashe , Shen , Galio , Kog’Maw

Some forgotten champions may make a strong return in upcoming Patch 10.18.

Compared to Patch 10.17, Patch 10.18 proved to be more diverse when there were quite a few modified champions, along with increasing the power after a long time being “abandoned” by Riot Games.

The upcoming changes for patch 10.18:

Sett:

P second attack bonus damage 5-90 (+15% tAD) ⇛ 5-90 (+50% bAD);

Q: damage 10-50 (+1-5% max HP) (+1% per 100 tAD) ⇛ 10-50 (+2-3.6% per 100 tAD)

Base: AD 61 ⇛ 59

Shen
