Some League items are going to receive some tentative changes, as well as Phase Rush nerfed, in the upcoming patch 11.10 which listed on Mark “Scruffy” Yetter outline.
According to Yetter, Riftmaker’s damage output will undergo significant changes. More specifically, the item now stacks on both dealing and taking damage from enemy champions. Its damage amplification per stack has been increased from 2 percent to 3 percent, although its overall damage amplification has been reduced from 10 percent to 9 percent.
It used to take Riftmaker users five seconds in combat with champions to obtain their maximum damage amplification. Players now only need three seconds to ramp up to max damage since each stack has been increased and the max amplification has been lowered by a percentage.
In the meanwhile, Abyssal Mask is increasing its health by 50 and is increasing its damage amp power from 10 to 15 percent, while the damage amplification duration is rising from 4 to 5 seconds. Guinsoo’s Rageblade also receives a minor buff, with its price lowered by 200 gold.
Goredrinker is receiving some changes, as well. The item only gains additional 50 health, while its AD based on missing health is reduced from 0% to 15% to 0% to 10%. Its healing power has also changed, from 25% AD plus 8% missing health to 15% AD plus 10% missing health.
Last but not least, Phase Rush’s early effectiveness is being targeted with the nerf hammer in Patch 11.10. The keystone cooldown was adjusted from a flat 15 seconds to 30 to 10 seconds on a level basis. Furthermore, its movement speed boost is being reduced significantly for the early game, shifting from 25 to 40% to 15% to 40% for ranged champs based on level. Similarly, the movement speed boost for melee champs is reduced to 30 to 60% from 40 to 60%.
League Patch 11.10 is scheduled to hit the live servers on Wednesday, May 12.
