These aadjustments will hit the Rift together with the launch of League Patch 11.6.
Yesterday, PBE has experimented with new changes in the healing reduction, today, Riot announced the official changes for the upcoming League Patch 11.6.
The adjustments were detailed earlier by League’s Lead Gameplay Designer – Riot Mark “Scruffy” Yetter in his tweet. Vampiric Scepter, Immortal Shieldbow, and Blade of the Ruined King made it to the adjust list, alongside Ravenous Hunter.
“Hopefully this is the last set of these and we can be in a good state where healing is a notable choice and not a baseline,” said Mark.
Vampiric Scepter will get its life steal dropped from ten to eight percent, as well as a slight discount (50) in exchange. Blade of The Ruined King and Immortal Shieldbow will receive the same change as their life steal will drop 2 percent, however, they will get an additional balancing update that shifts their power more into their passive.
An additional 25 to 50 percent of bonus attack speed on proc will be compensated for Immortal Shieldbow, the shield from proc will also increase from 250 – 750 to 300 – 800. Blade of The Ruined King will get its Siphon damage increased from 40-120 to 40-150 damage in compensation.
Ravenous Hunter’s Omnivamp will be directly dropped from 1 + 1.7 percent per stack to 0 + 1.5 percent per stack in the upcoming League Patch 11.6.
As build paths and playstyles involve healing has been dominating the game since the start of the Preseason, the upcoming changes are expected to shift the meta a little and open up new opportunities for newer champions and playstyles.
League Patch 11.6 is expected to hit the live servers on the 17th of Match.
