New Neeko Rework seems to be really sus!
Big Bad Bear, a well-known League of Legends leaker, revealed details on Neeko’s much-awaited mid-scope update on November 13, 2022, which is scheduled to go live soon. Her kit and abilities will undergo some adjustments as part of this mid-scope update in order to make her competitive in the current meta.
Since Neeko is a champion who has gotten somewhat obsolete, many players believe that she needs to be updated to be more in line with contemporary units. Riot Games believed she had a solid kit, however, it only required adjustments as opposed to a total makeover.
In any event, it is evident that this information was leaked. League of Legends fans should take this information with a grain of salt because things may change in the finished release.
Neeko Rework Full Kit
As was previously reported, Neeko will receive a mid-scope update. This implies that her kit will be adjusted and partially modified. She will keep a lot of the characteristics that make her special in League of Legends because this is not a wholesale redesign.
The passive of her current W with an upgrade will take the place of her passive ability. Neeko’s third assault appears to be classified as a triple auto attack rather than a bonus magic attack that deals magic damage.
The only change to Neeko Rework Q ability is that it now deals bloom damage three times. In addition, the third bloom will have a larger area of effect than the first two and deal more damage based on the enemy’s lost health.
The one that will see the biggest alterations is her W ability. Neeko Rework new W ability appears to allow her to also impart invisibility to teammates. As soon as she does it, she will generate a clone while also disguising herself as an ally.
Neeko, her ally, and her clone will all have increased movement speed in League of Legends while this entire process is taking place. The clone will cause bloom damage whenever it strikes another champion.
Last but not least, she has made a minor change to her R ability, which will now proc three times in League of Legends instead of just once. The adversary will be slowed in the first two instances, and she will inflict less damage, but in the third, she will leap into the air and deal tons of damage.
Along with that, Neeko Rework will also get a shield based on how many champions she manages to strike with it.
Overall, the revamp appears to be fairly nice, however, it is difficult to predict how significant it will be if it does turn out to be accurate. Fans of League of Legends won’t have to wait too long, though, as the Neeko overhaul should be available at some point in the upcoming months.
