Riot has been releasing numerous new skin lines, and it appears that they will continue to do so, as new leaks of MSI 2023 skins have been revealed
It feels like eons since there have been any skin leaks floating on the internet. Instead, fans have had to settle for the unknown, while also realizing that Riot has much superior in-game activities on other servers. Riot has previously stated that new cosmetic designs, or new skin line will be introduced for both the Mid-Season Invitational event and the 2023 Summer event.
League of Legends MSI 2023 skin line leaks
Now, some leaks have disclosed a few champions who may receive skins for the 2023 Mid-Season Invitational tournament, as well as the appearance and concept of the skins.
BigBadBear, a well-known League of Legends leaker, appears to have revealed the concept idea for the forthcoming MSI skins. The skins will be a hybrid of Blood Moon and the Supreme Cells skin line from Wild Rift.
Of course, these are just rumors, so nothing is certain. However, the colour scheme of Blood Moon and Supreme Cells, particularly the Zed skin, matches the aesthetic of the MSI 2023 promotional material we’ve seen so far, giving us confidence that these leaks are real.
This is going to be a dark skin line, and some of the champions who will be receiving skins appear to have been unveiled already with Master Yi, Volibear, and Udyr.
It is also suggested that Yone will receive a skin in this new MSI skin line as well. BigBadBear revealed that there have been discussions about releasing a big Yone skin shortly, and the content creator thinks that this skin line will be the one for Yone.
These skins should be revealed in conjunction with the 2023 Mid-Season Invitational, which is scheduled for May 2, 2023. The skins are expected to be introduced to live servers in LoL Patch 13.9, which is set to be released on May 3, 2023.
