Liiv SANDBOX made history by signing first female in Korean LoL Esports

This year, Liiv Sandbox was one of the favorites to compete in the League of Legends World Championship in 2022, because to their bot laner Prince’s outstanding performance. This year, the team takes another step forward by recruiting the first “princess” player in Korean LoL history.

Liiv Sandbox’s Sign DangMoo

Liiv Sandbox will be the first team to sign a female player on a professional Korean League of Legends team. The squad announced the addition of Jeon “DangMoo” Su-jin to their CL lineup on December 29, 2022. This means she’ll be joining Liiv Sandbox’s Challenger team.

Fortunately, if you want to follow her and see if she is equipped with what takes to make it to the LCK, there are Challengers league streams accessible. She is a well-known streamer in Korea, with a big YouTube following.

The news on Twitter drew a lot of appreciation and enthusiasm for the young lady who will make her debut during the 2023 LCK CL season. Hopefully, this is a first step toward more inclusivity in the esports industry.
