Shan Hai Scrolls is making its return with four new skins in Patch 13.12
Riot chose to introduce skins to League of Legends with each release. So far, the game has seen the introduction of a number of new skins. Not only that, but we have certain skin lines returning this year, including Astronaut, Snow Moon, and Dawnbringer & Nightbringer.
In that regard, accompanied with the new Crystalis Motus Leona, Shan Hai Scrolls is making a return to League of Legends with four new skins in Patch 13.12.

Suppose you play a somewhat less popular champion as your favorite. In that case, there’s a possibility your main champion may be included in what appears to be an upgrade to the Shan Hai Scrolls cosmetic collection.

Shan Hai Scrolls skins were originally debuted in 2021, and they included explosive motions, brilliant orange-and-red colorizations, and vibrant visual effects with sparks and flames. The latest additions to the skin range this time are more quieted down, with blues, greens and greys dominating the skins’ abilities. The new Shan Hai Scrolls skins, if anything, give off a “dusk” vibe, whereas the old ones seemed subtler.
The Shan Hai Scrolls skins will be available on live servers with patch 13.12, which is set to be released on Thursday, June 18, 2023.
