A brand-new Summer Event is happening in League of Legends as Riot introduces the Anima Squad skins, the event, and a new mode called Swarm.
League of Legends has made a big impact with previous Summer Events. Last year, they released the Arena mode and the Soul Fighter event, both of which received positive feedback from players.
Because of this success, Riot plans to continue this approach in 2024. This time, they are bringing back the popular Anima Squad and introducing a new game mode called Swarm. Additionally, an Event will be launched alongside the new content. Let’s discuss all the details, including Milestones, Event Shops, and more.
Event Time
The Summer event will kick off on July 17, 2024 and will run until August 20, 2024. Additionally, the Token Shop will stay open until August 26, 2024, allowing players a bit more time to spend their tokens.
Anima Squad 2024 Event Pass
Similar to past events, the Anima Squad 2024 event will last for about a month, giving players more time to earn all the rewards. Here are the specific details about the event’s duration, the Event Pass, and the Bundle.
Event Pass & Bundle
The Event Pass for Anima Squad 2024 will be priced at 1650 RP, consistent with previous events, except for the Hall of Legends event. There will also be an Anima Squad 2024 Pass Bundle available.
This bundle includes the Event Pass, a choice between the Battle Lioness Leona or Cyber Cat Yuumi skin, an icon, a border, and the champion if you don’t already own them. The bundle will cost 2650 RP
Milestones
The Pass Milestones will include both free and Event Pass rewards. The free rewards are highlighted for players’ convenience.
Completing Step 50 will grant you 2000 Tokens, which is enough to purchase one of the new Prestige skins. However, completing a total of 60 steps (repeating steps 51-55 twice) will earn you 2200 Tokens, enough to get the Mythic Essence Bundle.
