LoL Patch 13.14 will be the next major League of Legends patch, and it will include a new champion, a new game mode, and the huge summer event of 2023.
With so much going on in a single patch, it’s time to go through everything we know so far regarding LoL Patch 13.14. Keep in mind that these changes are still being tested on the PBE servers so take these changes with a grant of salt.

LoL Patch 13.14 PBE
New Game Mode: Arena
League of Legends is getting a brand-new game mode. These updates will provide a unique experience for each League of Legends player. The game mode will include various maps, features, and augments where players will compete in 2v2v2v2 fights.
Arena will provide variation to each confrontation by including different game elements that will spice up each play and moment for each round until you win or loss. For more information about the game mode, click here.

- Plant Damage taken from AoE Spells: 4 >>> 3
- Plant Damage to Monsters: 150% damage to non-epic monsters >>> 40-100 bonus magic damage (scaling with level) to all monsters
Rampant Growth (W)
- Seeds on first Rankup: 1 >>> 2
- Grasping Roots (E)
- [ADJUSTED] No longer locks out flash during the cast
Stranglethorns (R)
- Cast Paradigm: Walk to Position >>> Cast at Max Range
- Missile Damage Update Cadence: 4/s >>> 16/s

Base Stats
- Base Mana: 459 >>> 400
Mana Surge (P)
- Cooldown: Reduced by 2 seconds per kill
Rite of the Arcane (R)
- Missiles: 3-5 >>> 3-7
- Base Damage: 200-300 >>> 200-280
- AP Ratio: 45% >>> 40%
- [NEW] Increases by 20-30 + 5% AP per champ hit
Shyvana
Twin Bite (Q)
- AD ratio: 20% – 80% >>> 20% – 100%

- Now grants 40% – 60% attack speed for the 2 attacks
Flame Breath (E)
- On-hit now scales with 1% max HP per 100 bonus AD

- Now slows in an area instead of just the first target

- Minimum base heal: 90 – 190 >>> 100 – 200
- Minimum heal AP ratio: 25% >>> 55%
Aatrox
The Darkin Blade (Q)
- Base damage: 10 – 90 >>> 10 – 70
- AD ratio: 60% – 80% >>> 60% – 100%
- Minion Damage: 55% flat >>>55% – 70%
Volibear
Frenzied Maul (W)
- Heal: 8% – 16% missing health >>> 8% – 20%
New Champion
Naafiri
Passive – We Are More
- Naafiri spawns Packmates that attack the targets of her attacks and abilities.
Q – Darkin Daggers
- Naafiri hurls up to two daggers, each inflicting bleed, or each inflicting bonus damage if the target is already bleeding.
- Packmates leap to attack champions hit by this skill.
W – Hounds’ Pursuit
- Naafiri and her Packmates dash at an enemy, colliding with the first champion hit and dealing damage.
E – Eviscerate
- Naafiri dashes and damages enemies in an area, recalling and healing her Packmates to full.
R – The Call of the Pack
- Naafiri empowers her pack and spawns additional Packmates, gaining a burst of speed and vision and a shield when she attacks a champion.
- On first champion takedown, all effects are refreshed.

Runaan’s Hurricane
- On-hit: 15 >>> 30
- AD Ratio: 50% >>> 40%
Youmuu’s Ghostblade
- Passive lethality now has range and melee split
Trinity Force
- Base AD per stack: 4% >>> 6%
- Number of stacks: 5 >>>3
Infinity Edge
- Crit Damage: 35% >>> 45%
- Attack Damage: 70 >>> 65
Galeforce
- Cooldown: 90s >>>120s
- Active base damage: 150 – 350 >>> 150 – 300
