LoL Pride Event Rewards, Icons, Cosmetics on PBE Patch 13.11

Pride Month is almost approaching, and League of Legends is once again putting out the rainbow carpet for their annual Pride event.

Riot Games has revealed the cosmetics and features to League of Legends for Pride 2023. Season 13 will be no exception to the developer’s annual custom. The event was introduced with splash art representing some of the game’s canonically LGBTQ+ champions, and the League of Legends developer has since fleshed out further specifics.

The event’s initial unveiling was a Pride 2023 splash graphic featuring seven of the game’s canonically LGBTQ+ champions. Diana and Leona, Vi and Caitlyn, Graves and Twisted Fate, and K’Sante and Neeko were among the pairs. This will be available for players to use as a profile background for their Summoner profile.

Riot is also providing pride emotes and symbols to anyone who requests them. Because the pride symbols only cost one Blue Essence, anybody may obtain them. League of Legends data miners have already revealed the emotes that will be accessible, one of Vi and two of K’Sante.

The return of the Pengu Pride profiles, as well as the expected reappearance of the rainbow Homeguard animation for those utilising the Pride profile image, is also hinted at.

Previously, Pride merch was available from the in-game shop for one Blue Essence per, making it virtually free. There have been no additional official statements regarding Pride, so it appears that Riot will stick with its original awards and cosmetics scheme.

All of the prizes and cosmetics will be accessible on the first day of release, allowing fans to start wearing their favourite flag as soon as the event begins. The Pride Pengu profile images are also available after the event and may be used by players who buy them while they are available.

The League of Legends Pride 2023 event will begin on June 1, 2023, the same day that Patch 13.11 will be released. It’s also the opening day of Pride Month.
