Instead of Gemstones and Prestige Points, Riot introduced Mythic Essence, which can be used to purchase Prestige Skins, Mythic Skins, and other Mythic Shop items
Riot substantially revamped the Mythic Content in League of Legends Season 12. The Prestige Edition skins, Hextech skins, and Mythic skins may now be purchased via the Mythic Shop. Every month, the contents in the Mythic shop will be rotated.
As previously said, this may be everything from cosmetics to emotes to plain essence. If you have enough mythic essence, you can keep it or use it on a skin.
Every month, two Prestige skins will rotate. A new Mythic skin as well as two more Hextech skins will cycle every three months. Depending on how often they were unvaulted, the cost of the skins vary.
For the first, second, and subsequent unvaults, prestige skins will cost 125 ME, 150 ME, and 200 ME, respectively. The price for Hextech skins will be 100 ME for the initial unvault and 125 ME for each additional unvaults.

Here is a list of every skin that is part of the Mythic Shop rotation since patch 13.14. The Mythic Shop presently offers 4 Prestige, two Hextech, and one Crystalis Motus skin.

Available accessories
The Mythic Shop will also have a variety of accessories. The new Crystalis Motus skins’ is carried over into the accessories. Additionally, there will be certain Crystalis Motus Leona-related accessories available.

Every month, two new Prestige skins will be unvault in the Mythic Shop as part of a rotating display. Additionally, skins from Mythic and Hextech change every three months.
