LoL streamer almost died from accidents – then later rank his injuries in a tier list

A streamer felt, almost died, went into coma, got up and made a tier list of his injuries. Massive chad!

After an accidental fall from a third-story window that left him in a coma for weeks, League of Legends streamer and content creator No Arm Whatley has made an incredible recovery and recently shared his story after being discharged from the hospital.

The streamer’s sudden, unexpected break from content creation left his fans wondering, but he returned with the shocking revelation that he’d been in a coma. The accident happened when he tried to close a third-story window that broke out of its frame, causing him to fall with it.

The fall led to severe head trauma, including a fractured skull, and the streamer required multiple emergency surgeries just to survive. Whatley remained comatose for two weeks and spent a total of seven weeks in the hospital.

Upon returning to social media, he tweeted that he “cannot f**king wait to play League of Legends” and even created a humorous tier list ranking his life-threatening injuries:

S-Tier

A-Tier

B-Tier

In the detailed breakdown, Whatley described a range of traumatic brain injuries, including internal bleeding that grew severe enough for doctors to intentionally crack parts of his skull to relieve the pressure—acute subdural hematomas were the primary issue.

“I had to have what was called a Craniotomy, which means they had to smash my skull open to relieve the pressure. Which is a really f**ked up surgery, by the way. For weeks, I could manually move the pieces of my skull around inside my head. Really, really miserable one. Somehow, I survived it,”

According to the streamer, the brain injuries were the most agonizing part of the ordeal, and he ranked them high on his “injury tier list.” Interestingly, he also put “baldness” in the S-tier, poking fun at his current appearance.

Despite everything, Whatley’s humor hasn’t faltered. He joked about still being able to play low-effort champions like Yuumi but admitted that playing more mechanically demanding champions is currently out of reach due to near-total blindness. This vision impairment is related to internal bleeding in his brain, which may improve with time or further surgery.

While he recovers, Whatley has stayed engaged with League of Legends, keeping up with patch notes from his hospital bed, and is hopeful he’ll be able to stream again soon.
