MrBeast roasted LCS after banning Doublelift from co-streaming League matches

After realizing that Riot had barred Doublelift from co-streaming professional matches as a result of Doublelift’s criticism and the assertion that the LCS was dying, YouTube king Jimmy ‘MrBeast‘ Donaldson slammed the league.

Yiliang “Peter” Peng, a retired League of Legends player, was temporarily barred from co-streaming the LCS on July 14.

The ADC player claims that the reason for the unexpected ban was his remarks that “the LCS is dying” following allegations that Riot had barred Team Liquid’s Soren “Bjergsen” Bjerg from participation in the MrBeast versus Ninja Charity tournament.

After Doublelift told his followers the news, many sprang to his defense. Even the popular Twitch streamer Tyler1 joined in, calling the LCS “miserable” and praising the ban as a disguised blessing (read more here). Even Mr. Beast has now voiced his opinion about the situation.

On July 14, the popular League of Legends player Doublelift said he has been barred from co-streaming the LCS during his broadcast.

Although the duration of the ban is currently unknown, the streamer did reveal that it was for criticizing the league. MrBeast tweeted his opinions after learning about the predicament.

The well-known YouTuber attacked Riot’s choice, appearing perplexed by the fact that Doublelift received a penalty. “This exists? It’s a phat L to prevent LCS criticism, the YouTuber remarked.

MrBeast has previously expressed a strong desire to join the LCS franchise system with his very own business. He admitted that despite his work not focusing primarily on video games, owning a League of Legends team is one of his “life goals.”

Although it’s undoubtedly an ambitious objective, MrBeast has repeatedly shown that nothing is beyond his capabilities. He might, however, be reconsidering his objectives in light of the most recent issue.
