A new Anivia bug has appeared in League Patch 11.1.
Lately, Vandirill – the “bug god” continued to spot another serious bug in League of Legends. The newest discovery shown in his video belongs to Anivia and has once occurred 3 years ago, in 2018.
Anivia’s Passive – Rebirth allows her to transform into an egg for 6 seconds after being taken down. After 6 seconds, if the egg still manages to survive, she will be resurrected, otherwise, she will officially die.
However, Vandirill has spotted a bug which makes Anivia’s egg after being taken down continues to spawn another 1 HP egg which can’t be killed by any mean.
This “unkillable” egg still remains there even Anivia has resurrected and attracts aggro from minions as well. After a while, it can cause minions to gather at one spot, trying to kill the egg instead of pushing the lane.
This issue can cause a great disadvantage for the enemy team and can change the entire fate of a match since it can stop minions from pushing the lane, which can stop the winning team from ending the game. A fast response from Riot is expected in these kinds of situations.
Back in 2018, there was also a bug with Anivia passive which generates a huge amount of shield on her egg which can stop her enemies from killing her at that time.
The issue hasn’t been fixed yet as there hasn’t any response from Riot Games, players will have to avoid playing Anivia in the meantime to avoid unnecessary problems.
