With only 5 days to the start of League of Legends’ 2023 ranked season, Riot Games has thoroughly revealed what players can anticipate in the year’s first patch, along with a few extras.

With patch 13.1, Riot Games are back at work refining and polishing the ever-changing League meta after a short break.

Patch 13.1, which will kick off the 2023 League season in full. To welcome the players, there are champion changes, item modifications, and a mid-scope update, as is customary.

After previewing the changes in the patch preview yesterday, Riot Phlox, designer on League’s Summoner’s Rift team, provided a comprehensive description of all of the buffs and nerfs planned in Patch 13.1. Here is the complete list of changes in Patch 13.1.
