League Patch 13.4 official notes: Buffs and Nerfs, Support changes, Jungle adjustments, and more

The newest fix for the well-known League of Legends went live this morning. We have grown to anticipate these types of patches to include the normal updates and balance adjustments

As Riot works to find the ideal game balance, season 13 has seen a number of adjustments. Patch 13.4 has already been released in order to resolve some problems, such as additional adjustments to the jungle and experience.
