Early versions of the system would shortly reach the PBE.
Riot gave us a first look at all the Mythic items that were debuting in the League of Legends during the 2021 preseason.
Today’s blog post provided a deeper look into the latest items joining the Rift, revealing 22 mystical items and some latest Legendary weapons. Although nothing is clearly defined, players will soon be able to test the update of the item on the PBE.
Mythic Items preview
Each class would have its own collection of Mythic items. For eg, Marksman would have Galeforce, Kraken Slayer and Eternal Shieldbow providing various benefits based on the situation. The first weapon is optimal for agility and evasion of skill attacks, the second to take out tanks, and the third to survive the blast of assassins and mages.
In addition to marksmen, tanks, AD assassins, AP mana users, AP non-mana users, AD bruisers, and enchanters, they will all have their own set of Mythic Items.
Players can remember items such as the Trinity Force, an AD fighter core that grants move speed and a Spellblade (or Sheen) proc, as well as 15 percent attack speed on all other Legendary items. Yet new items are also likely to find their way into the mix. The Prowler’s Claw for AD assassins is perfect for eliminating the target, dashing enemies, reducing their armor, and inflicting bonus damage. The item also provides six Legendary Pieces of Lethality on all other pieces.
League lead gameplay designer, Mark “Scruffy” Yetter, dig deep into each item in multiple Twitter posts. Fans interested in further clarification will sift through Scruffy’s notes.
Items will debut on the PBE for a six-week test duration. Features like icons, item and effect names, visual and sound effects, and stat values will be tested during this evaluation phase.
