Riot has released some exciting information on numerous new skins coming to League of Legends in the most recent Dev Update.
League players who are especially fond of the game’s expanding collection of skins were treated to a new developer video. Riot has updated a Dev Blog with extra information on upcoming events and skins.
Contents
New Samira Ultimate skin
To begin, Riot said that a new Ultimate skin would be launched in conjunction with the summer event. Samira is the champion who will receive the skin. Samira will have a new model that may change into numerous forms, as well as new textures, splash art, animations and graphics, a full vocal line set, and unique sound effects.
Riot Games is launching a rare Ultimate skin for League of Legends for the first time in three years, so she has a lot riding on her.
Star Guardian skins
The long-awaited Star Guardian skins from League of Legends: Wild Rift are now available on PC. Following the news earlier this year that they will be brought over from the mobile version of League, Star Guardian Seraphine and Orianna will be available for purchase on the PC version beginning with Patch 13.13. Senna will join shortly after in Patch 13.14.
Patch 13.13 is set to be released on June 28, with Patch 13.14 following on July 19.
New Crystalis Motus skins
Riot also informed that Ashe and Taliyah would be the next in-line for Mythic skins from the newly-released Crystalis Motus skin line, which, with the unveiling of Crystalis Motus Leona in May, replaced the Mythic Essence Shop’s exclusive Ashen Knights skin line.
It is unknown when these skins will be available, although the skins in the Mythic shop-exclusive skin series typically cycle every few months.
New Prestige skins
And finally, New Prestige skins for Pyke, Shaco, Sona, Renata Glasc, Akali, Yone, and Camille will be released throughout the year and will be available for purchase in the Mythic Essence Shop.
We’ll have to wait for a future Riot update to discover more about when they’ll arrive and what they’ll look like. League players might anticipate these skins as well as the game’s first Ultimate skin in three years.
