Riot has postponed their Ivern Mini-Rework plan in response to criticism about the impending modifications.
The major mini-rework update for League of Legends has been postponed by Riot Games. After receiving consistent player criticism in the weeks preceding to patch 13.10 was released that the modifications “weren’t something they wanted,”
The proposed mini-rework for Ivern seems to have been met with a broad feeling that it is lacking. It seems as though the players felt it did not go far enough. Since Patch 13.11 would permanently introduce Buff Sharing regardless of whether Ivern is in-game, most of the adjustments were to his stats, and his passive was being completely destroyed.
Riot claims that player feedback caused them to reconsider the Ivern overhaul. He will be compensated since he is losing the special mechanic, but it is probable that they will continue to promote buff sharing with patch 13.11. The champion will receive some QoL improvements and buffs in Patch 13.11 in place of the mini-rework.

- W — Gives allies additional magic damage for 1.5 seconds after leaving any created bush, brushes created via Active are revealed for eight seconds.
- E — Ivern gets a second shield if Triggerseed detonates and deals no damage to enemy champions.
- R — Is no longer getting any changes.
Riot also announced that Ivern would be getting some adjustments on PBE the following week. However, like with everything on the PBE, these improvements might change.
