Is Riot Games planning on moving to movies industries?
We all know that from the beginning of the early days of League of Legends, Riot has impressed us all with their gorgeous short movies as a meant of trailer, including their making of MV recently for K/DA, True Damage. And on behalf of this, the well-known game producers of League of Legends are often mocked by fans as “Riot Entertainment”.
This can be related quite often as Riot tend to do better at making videos rather than their profession as game developers and producers. The balancing of their champions has too many errors while the videos that they make is exceptionally satisfying. League communities said that Riots were only making games to promote their other entertainment products.
And know, the title “Riot Entertainment” is finally becoming a real thing. A few days before, League communities found out the recruitment of 2 Global Head of Live Action film. Noticeably, Riot Entertainment is the one behind this.
According to some insights on Twitter, Riot is planning on making films about League of Legends. Those include both Live Action and TV show. This is truly one hell of a step from Riot.
Before that, short films about Runeterra with the starting of various champions from League of Legends attract many of us. So of course, the fans are really hoping to see a Live Action of League with more drastic transformation.
After 10 years of making and League of Legends, Riot has made us all proud with all the things they have achieved. Games from League of Legends’ universe like Wild Rift, Teamfight Tactic with Legends of Runeterra.
Beside that, there are still more of Riot that we have yet to know. Riot is hoping to build up their names so the making of the 2 films above is going to be such a huge leap for Riot.
