Player community anger towards Riot’s respond against Poppy’s newest bug

After having helplessly lost matches against Poppy’s bug abusers, victim players also got their accounts banned…

Starting from yesterday, Poppy has become the newest nightmare after Kayn for players in rank matches because of a game error that enabled her to use her (Q) at a full-map range. With that bug, Poppy can easily get from 200 to 300 kills per match, even 500 kills in just 15 minutes is not something that big of a deal.

To see what happens: New Poppy’s bug that gets 300 kills per match!

Poppy pocketed 500 kills in just 15 minutes, and her miserable opponents who had to surrender early must died at least a few dozen times.

If the fact that Riot Games got Poppy’s bug leaked out is not already too much, they also… locked accounts of victims who have been killed hundred times in their rank matches.

Got their account locked right after met a bug abuser Poppy

To give more detail about this, players on teams that opposes Poppy, because of the fact that they got killed too many times in one match, were mistakenly thought to be intentionally feeding by the system. At the end of the match, bug abusing players also reported them as intentionally die, which made them immediately suffered a suspension that last up to… 14 days by the automatic system of Riot Games.

Many of Poppy’s victims have got their accounts locked for 14 days in a supper unjustly way. This will be a huge minus point in their eyes if the “music company” Riot Games does not have the proper solution and compensation for those victims players, who have done absolutely nothing but suffered bugs – which the Company should have been responsible for. Moreover, Riot Games has also recently received a lot of negative feedbacks for their increasingly neglect for League, while only keeping their interest in newly launched game projects such as Valorant or LoL: Wild Rift.

In addition, the majority of the LoL community also advised each other not to abuse this Poppy bug, partly to protect the “healthy” League environment, partly because they could get locked out for a month or longer when Riot Games starts a detail investigation. In Riot’s “mass killing” of China at the beginning of this year, Ornn also had the bug that enabled him to use his skill mapwide, those who took advantage this bug have got their accounts locked for at least a month, the heaviest penalty was that over than 3300 accounts has already been locked for 3 years.
