Ryu “revenges” on Faker’s Zed solo after 7 years

A memorable memory before Ryu join the army for compulsory military service.

Ryu “Ryu” Sang-Wook reunites with Lee “Faker” Sang-hook after the legendary Zed solo-kill 7 years ago. It was a sad memory for Ryu, former KT Rolster Bullets still being referred to as a “meme” of the League of Legends community.

In a video recently posted by T1, the two players reviewed old memories, talking about challenging interviews and memorable plays. Ryu didn’t think too much after that game, but things started to explode on social media and media platforms.

The two kicked off an Ahri solo with a victory for the “Demon King.” Faker continued to win the Lucian solo match afterward, however, the most expected match was the Zed solo, which brought both names into the legendary Esports world.

It didn’t take as much time as the previous two games, Faker defeated Ryu at level 3 with Ignite plus a Q. In order to prevent the game from getting boring, he suggested hitting level 6 to “help” Ryu get his revenge. And the one who lost this time was Faker, he was ticked with the Death Mark while having under 30% health status.

Before the meeting comes to an end, Ryu expressed that he is looking forward to Faker winning Worlds next year. Faker also wishes his former colleague to stay healthy during his enlistment period in early 2021.
