After the first batch of Star Guardian skins hit the live server, 6 more are on the way
Even though LoL Patch 12.13 has just recently arrived on the Summoner’s Rift, Riot Games devs are already hard at work bringing even more skins to the massively popular skin line’s comeback.
This year’s second set of Star Guardian skins will feature champions such as Akali, Morgana, Quinn, Rell, and Taliyah in the fan-favorite League of Legends skin line. Syndra will also get her Prestige Edition of the skin she previously had.
The Star Guardian skin line debuted in 2015 with the introduction of Star Guardian Lux, and it has since been rapidly extended with the releases of Jinx, Lulu, and Poppy. Miss Fortune, Syndra, Ezreal, Soraka, Ahri, Neeko, and Janna have all joined the popular skin line since then.
With the exception of the Corrupted Star Guardian expansion, which includes skins for Zoe, Rakan, and Xayah, Riot opted to bring the line back two years later to Wild Rift.
With that being said, Orianna, Senna, and Seraphine will also have their own version of Star Guardian skin available in Wild Rift, while Gwen will have the skin in Legends of Runeterra.
Riot Games’ dedication to the magical girl anime genre is to inspire women, demonstrate the value of close relationships, and celebrate the real portrayal of oneself.
The majority of these skins are likely to cost 1350 RP, with Akali’s skin costing 1820 RP and Syndra’s Prestige skin costing 125 ME.
